Haha, my brother and I tend to have the dumbest convos when we're playing co-op.
A few weeks back we started joking about why the Witch sobs and whatnot.
Long story short, one of us mentioned that painting her nails must be impossible and this was born.
Really, I have no idea. This was just fun to draw. <3 Enjoy~
